Sourcing & Documentation
We verify make, model, year and operating history at the point of purchase, before the machine leaves the seller's site.
Mechanical Check
Ram alignment, clutch and brake condition, guide wear, frame stress and lubrication systems are inspected.
Electrical Check
Control panel, wiring, safety interlocks and sensors are tested and repaired or replaced where required.
Refurbishment
Depending on condition: bushings, bearings, seals, paint and select structural components are reworked.
Run Test
The machine is cycle-tested under load before it's approved for sale and dispatch.
Erection, Commissioning & Warranty
We can handle on-site erection and commissioning. Eligible machines carry a 6-month warranty, confirmed in writing before purchase.
